This search produced over 339 articles and the one I chose to read is entitled Enlargement: Obstacles around on Balkans' Road to EU. This article talks about the issues surrounding the Balkan states admittance into the EU. The author starts off by saying that if the Lisbon Treaty is not ratified, which the Czech Republic needs to ratify in order for the treaty to pass, then enlargement will not happen. There are mixed feelings regarding the Lisbon Treaty among the political leaders and people in the Czech Republic.
I would use this article in my paper because it examines the role of the Lisbon Treaty and EU expansion in the Balkan states on a political and economic level along with providing information on national sentiment in the Balkans and the Slovenia-Yugoslavia border problem.

It sounds like you're interested in this article because it addresses Balkan sentiment; perhaps you could incorporate terms like "Slovenia," "Yugoslavia," or phrases related to the contentious issues in the debate.
