Topic: European Union policy and network neutrality. Specifically I'm looking into how network neutrality for all members is protected and encouraged by European Union policies/initiatives.
Where did I look? Library Literature Full Text database
Search terms: Searched by subject for "European Union" (in quotes) AND keyword "internet".
Result: This search yielded 46 results. An overwhelming theme within the results was access to European Union materials and reviews of these resources. I found a few articles that look promising for my research, so I'm saving them in zotero and will repeat this search in other non-library databases. Also my next step will be examining resources that these articles recommended, such as statistics from the Economist Intelligence Unit and International Data Corporation (both used in the Digital divide article).
