Search Terms: Turkey's future and the debate to be a member state
Results: I found way too many articles and journals on this topic. I will need to narrow my criteria. Turkey's future in the EU has always been an intense debate, and I want to look into the subject in more details and explore what future scenarios Turkey really has: whether it will join, won't join, will conditionally join, and what issues (oil, religion- Muslim, etc) it has that holds up the membership and makes the negotiations harder. Once I found the article Turkey-EU relations: Beyond the current stalemate, I went to the journals' website: http://www.insightturkey.com/ There are many great articles that talks about Turkey's possible future in the European Union, the debate and the different issues. After reading the abstracts I was going back to the online library to access the articles. I will definitely use this source in my policy paper.
